Cancellation Policy

If you would like to change or cancel an appointment, please contact the clinic via;

The clinic requests that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given when changing your appointment and reserves the right to charge the full appointment fee if less notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment without contacting the clinic first. This will be at the discretion of Physiotherapist Andy Clark.

All of Chesterfield Physiotherapy Clinic’s policies are updated in line with professional standard requirements, and are available upon request.

Every effort will be made to fully address any concerns or queries that you may have, and clearly communicate any decisions made, but please note that the clinic has a zero tolerance approach to any verbal or physical abuse towards Andy, the therapist, as he is just trying to help you as best as he can.
