All calls will be answered 5 days a week during office hours and a message taken. Out of hours messages left on the main answerphone will only be retrieved on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of receiving them if possible (except for illness and holidays). We do some call backs during the evenings and week-ends to try to achieve this, but please allow the clinic at least 48 hours to respond before re-contacting us.
